We want you to be happy with your order, should you receive any items damage thru shipping or is a manufacturing defect, we gladly replace your damage items at no charge. Any replacement of products will have to be the identical item to be considered a replacement.
A return authorization must be obtain to request for replacement, should we required the damage merchandise to be returned to us, we may either send you a Prepaid return label with your replacement order or fax or email you the return label so that you give the UPS driver the package to be returned to us.

Damage merchandise may be required to be returned or must be kept until we have given customer the authorization to discard damage items. No credit will be given in conjunction to replacing damage goods. Customer has agreed to package up damage items (or make available for UPS inspection) as part of the terms and conditions in placing phone or online orders from My Business Gifts.
