Most orders leave our warehouse within 5 to 7 business days, excluding weekends, calculated from date of order. Generally, it will 7 to 10 more days for UPS to deliver your package.
To ensure that you receive your order in time for a special event, we suggest you order at least 14 days in advance or you can request air shipping via UPS "Next Day," "2nd Day" or "3rd Day." However, check the item description as some items are only shipped via UPS ground.
If you make an error, or provide the wrong or incomplete delivery information, our shippers will charge an additional delivery fee or address correction fee ($5.00 -$10.00), which we’ll in turn pass on to you.
